Warranty Terms

Unit is warranted for 1 year parts and labor from the date of purchase. Warranty does not include defects or damage arising from the owner negligence whether cosmetic, physical, or electronic damage due to misuse of unit. Opening the unit, and tampering inside circuitry voids warranty. It is the owner’s responsibility to call for service when unit is still in warranty status. Customer must call immediately if unit is found to be defective out of the box. No claims will be entertained if unit is out of warranty and owner says was defective but still under warranty but owner forgot to call.

If you need warranty or non-warranty service, call for a Return Authorization number or e-mail us. Write the RA number outside the box and also write the number, your name, address and phone number on a piece of paper and put it inside the box. Units sent in without an RA number will delay repair. Warranted unit will be repaired free of charge and return shipping is also free within the United States only. We are not responsible for repairs lost or damaged during transit to the factory. Service and parts replaced is warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty term. Send unit with a legible copy of the sales receipt to the following address:
